Q. What do we do when a collection box is full?

A. Place newspaper or any other lightweight filler on the top of the contents so items inside won't shift during shipping. Then, fold the top down and tape the bottom and top securely. Instructions for folding the box are located on the side of the box itself. When your collection box is full, drop it off at your nearest UPS store, or arrange for shipping by phone by calling the toll-free CC Cash hotline at 866 416-9319.

Q. What do I do with toner cartridges? They are too large to fit into a collection box.

A. Pack collected toners in any sturdy box you have. Make sure to add newspaper or other lightweight material to the top of the box so contents won't damage during shipping. Tape the box securely. Apply a CC Cash pre-paid return shipping label and drop it off at your nearest UPS store, or arrange for shipping by phone by calling the toll-free CC Cash hotline at 866 416-9319.

Q. Why is there a collection box for cell phones and a separate box for cartridges?

A. Ink cartridges have a tendency to leak. If you mix cell phones with ink cartridges, the ink can transfer onto the cell phones, which renders them invaluable. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP CELL PHONES SEPARATE FROM INK CARTRIDGES so you can receive the maximum value for your collection.
