Place newspaper or other lightweight filler on the top of the contents. This will help prevent contents from shifting.

Fill out the Collection Return Form with the name of your organization, address and phone number, so we know who to pay and where to send your money.

Place the form in the box, close the box (see the side of the box for directions), and tape securely closed.

Apply a pre-paid return shipping label, supplied by CC Cash, and place it on the outside of the box as indicated. To order additional labels or other supplies, please click here.

Drop off your collection boxes at your nearest UPS store. NOTE: DO NOT SCHEDULE A UPS PICKUP at your location, as you may incur a $25 pickup fee, which will be deducted from your redemption check. For larger shipments, please contact CC Cash at 866-416-9319 to discuss special arrangements.

For items like toner cartridges for laser printers, fax machines, copiers and multi-functional peripherals (all-in-ones), laptops or game systems, ipods, GPS systems, video games or DVDs, use any sturdy corrugated box . 17" x 17" or 24" x 24" is best.

Just wrap the contents well so they do not get damaged during shipping.

DO NOT ship inkjet cartridges with other items. Make sure ink cartridges are collected SEPARATELY because ink can get on the other items and render them worthless.
